Underturf Mix Soil (Turf Underlay)

This mix consists of screened sandy soil with approximately 12% organic matter, creating a free-draining, workable base that supports strong root establishment and even turf growth.

Important Usage Note

Not suitable for top dressing established lawns — This product is designed as a base layer beneath turf, not for surface application.

For top dressing, a dedicated lawn topdress mix or fine sand should be used instead to achieve the best results.

Practical Information

This product is supplied as a bulk soil, suitable for delivery directly to your project site.

For best results, install at a depth appropriate for your project and ensure the surface is level, lightly compacted and ready before laying turf.

Due to the natural materials used, colour, texture and particle size may vary between batches, which is normal for blended soil products.
