This high-performance mix combines 70% quality sandy soil, 10% composted chicken manure and 20% hardwood sawdust, creating a free-draining, nutrient-rich growing medium that promotes strong root development and improved turf performance.

Engineered specifically for lawn applications, Overturf provides the ideal balance of drainage, structure and moisture retention, helping lawns establish faster and grow more evenly.

Important Usage Note

Not suitable for cylinder mowers — This product contains organic material and is not recommended for lawns maintained with cylinder mowers.

For cylinder mower applications, a fine bedding sand should be used instead to ensure a smooth, even cutting surface and optimal lawn performance.

Practical Information

This product is supplied as a bulk soil, suitable for delivery directly to your project site.

For best results, apply as a thin layer (up to 10mm) when top dressing to avoid smothering existing turf.

After application, spread evenly and water thoroughly to help settle the material into the lawn profile.

Due to the natural materials used, colour, texture and particle size may vary between batches, which is normal for organic blends.
