Alleged Defects

Alleged defects in the goods – must be notified before the products are incorporated in any construction.

Paver Seconds

Sorting of seconds is strictly prohibited, otherwise you will be charged at the first quality price.

Second pavers are described as having colour variations, cracks, bows and chips. You should allow 10% extra for breakages.

Deliveries

Generally, deliveries are made to the front boundry only.
The driver will exercise discretion to determine whether the delivery is made beyond front boundary if requested by customer. However, Nuway will take no responsibility for damage casued above or below ground.

Product Warranty

Our product is to replace/reimburse for orginal cost of goods only.

Credit Cards

Do not incur surcharge percentage fees unless they are Amex or Diners Club, (if accepted at this store), and will incur a 3% surcharge.

Bounced Cheques

Will incur a $35 administration and handling fee.

Product Returns

Will incur a 20% re-stocking fee.

Refund Policy.

Consumers are legally entitled to return goods with proof of purchase and to receive a refund, exchange or repair if the goods they bought:

• Restocking or swapping of goods is only permitted within 7 days of purchase;
• had a fault that the buyer could not have known about when purchased;
• were not the same as the description provided by the salesperson or advertisement;

Consumers are not legally entitled to a refund if they:

• change their mind;
• Purchased Cement products;
• realise they can’t afford the item;
• Purchased second pavers;
• found the item cheaper somewhere else; or
• chose the wrong size, colour or type.

If customers ask for a refund, they should:

• provide details of the fault;
• provide proof of purchase;
• stop using the faulty goods until they can be returned; and
• look after the goods until they are returned.

Refunds over $50

Will be issued by cheque by our accounts office within 10 working days.

Contractors Business Cards or referrals by staff

Do not constitute a guarantee of that contractor’s workmanship. You are advised to undertake your own checks and ensure the business carries the appropriate licences and insurance.

Product Colour Variations

Whilst all care has been taken to provide you with a good indication of colour, you should always sight product samples before use. Due to natural variations in Clay / Concrete / Natural Quarry Products and Stone products, Colours & Sizes may vary. Products may vary from the image provided.

Gift Vouchers Terms & Conditions

Gift vouchers can be redeemed against all products only at Nuway Landscape Supplies Stores.

Gift vouchers are valid for 36 months from the date of issue. Unused values will not be refunded or attributed to any transactions after the expiry date.

Gift vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash, returned for a refund, have their balances consolidated to a new voucher or be replaced after expiry and are not legal tender, account cards, credit or debit cards.

If your purchase exceeds the value of the gift voucher, the balance must be paid by cash, debit or credit card.

If you return any products, you have purchased using a gift voucher, the balance will be credited to you as a credit note and is to be redeemed against subsequent purchases.

Gift vouchers cannot be replaced if lost or stolen. If you suspect an unauthorised activity, immediately report this to Nuway Corporation email [email protected]  providing all details including proof of purchase and gift voucher number.

Nuway reserves the right to cancel a gift voucher if we deem such action is necessary. If so, we may either provide a replacement gift voucher of equivalent value unless we suspect fraud in relation to a gift voucher. The gift voucher remains the property of Nuway.

Nuway may vary or replace these conditions from time to time.

Whilst Nuway landscape Supplies makes every effort to present accurate information on this website, the information may contain errors or inaccuracies and may not be complete or current.We therefore reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies and to change or update information at any time without prior notice (Which includes after you have submitted your order).
