Installation Information

Explorer Timberlook sleepers are designed to be installed with compatible galvanised steel retaining wall posts.

Due to the increased length and weight of the 2400mm sleeper, mechanical lifting equipment or additional assistance may be required during installation.

Retaining walls above certain heights, supporting additional loads or located near buildings may require engineering certification. Always construct retaining walls in accordance with Australian Standards and your local council requirements.

As with all concrete products, slight variations in colour, texture and finish may occur between production batches. For the most authentic timber appearance, we recommend blending sleepers from multiple packs during installation.
